SmartFit is only available for users who are authorized by their company. If you previously had access but have not yet received an email from Sodexo SmartFit with the new login procedure, please log a case with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Personnel Number
- Company Name
- Email (* for KLM employees a company email address is mandatory) The process of activating the account will take 5 working days.
To ensure correct activation, cases not containing all of the above information will not be processed.
