You will receive an email to create a new password.


Please note: if you enter an incorrect password too often, your account will be temporarily blocked. Wait 30 minutes to request a new password.

  • Check your spamfolder
  • Check if the email address is correct

Your Smartfit username is your email address.

What do I have to do to get a smartfit account?

Your manager should issue a 'User request form'.
