What do I have to do to get a smartfit account?

Your manager should issue a 'User request form'.

I have requested a new password, but I did not receive a mail

What is my username?

Your username is your e-mail address.

I forgot my password

Click on the link 'Forgot your password?'. You will receive a mail with new login details.

I am a new employee, but I have not received a mail with the login link

  • Check if your manager has signed you up for smartfit registration.
  • Click on ‘Log a Case’ and submit your question.
